convenient parking public great room view easy location access small room no fridge rude staff attitude
the location was a gem for accessing attractions , restaurants , and transport. public parking was very convenient right in front , allowing me to easily leave my car and explore. i had a room with a view , and it was exactly as i had hoped.
the room i had was very small , and this was an issue for me. there was no fridge in the room , which i found inconvenient. the staff were often rude and dismissive to my requests.

the location was really central. it was easy to reach many attractions. breakfast service included a pianist. made it quite special.
the room was really small. there was hardly any room to move around in the bathroom. i also noticed a strong smell of cleaning products, it was really overpowering.

amazing stay among poets
staff attention fado dinner sweet touch
i appreciate the staff's attention to detail. they greeted us with Ginja, a famous cherry liquor. the staff suggested a nice Fado dinner just a short walk away! the room included a coffee maker and candies, such a sweet touch.
the elevator seemed a little small, fitting only a couple people.

breakfast included piano music adding a touch of elegance. a bar inside the hotel made evenings relaxing and convenient. the hotel offers a sister hotel across the square with a Roman Bath Spa. you can schedule massages there.

the staff were very good with their helpful recommendations. they decorated the room with roses and candies for our anniversary, a wonderful gesture. they were always available to assist with any questions.

The location was indeed excellent, placing me steps from iconic spots. Staff members were attentive. They quickly addressed my inquiries. Breakfast provided a diverse array of fresh options.. I found the selection quite satisfying. The hotel's decor added a touch of local charm.
The elevator seemed a bit small, it accommodated only a few people at once.

helpful staff fresh options effective air conditioning
The staff was helpful. They promptly assisted with our luggage and offered recommendations for local restaurants (a welcome treat after a long day). the breakfast buffet featured many fresh options. I especially liked the variety of fruit. the room had effective air conditioning.

underwhelming room experience
small room limited space
the location was acceptable and close to many attractions.
I received a room different from the photos i was sent. It was small. there was no room to move or place my belongings, and there were only four hangers in the wardrobe.
