convenient parking public great room view easy location access small room no fridge rude staff attitude
the location was a gem for accessing attractions , restaurants , and transport. public parking was very convenient right in front , allowing me to easily leave my car and explore. i had a room with a view , and it was exactly as i had hoped.
the room i had was very small , and this was an issue for me. there was no fridge in the room , which i found inconvenient. the staff were often rude and dismissive to my requests.

the location was really central. it was easy to reach many attractions. breakfast service included a pianist. made it quite special.
the room was really small. there was hardly any room to move around in the bathroom. i also noticed a strong smell of cleaning products, it was really overpowering.

amazing stay among poets
staff attention fado dinner sweet touch
i appreciate the staff's attention to detail. they greeted us with Ginja, a famous cherry liquor. the staff suggested a nice Fado dinner just a short walk away! the room included a coffee maker and candies, such a sweet touch.
the elevator seemed a little small, fitting only a couple people.

The elevator seemed a bit small, it accommodated only a few people at once.

The staff was helpful. They promptly assisted with our luggage and offered recommendations for local restaurants (a welcome treat after a long day). the breakfast buffet featured many fresh options. I especially liked the variety of fruit. the room had effective air conditioning.

small room limited space
the location was acceptable and close to many attractions.
I received a room different from the photos i was sent. It was small. there was no room to move or place my belongings, and there were only four hangers in the wardrobe.
